Cook, of Raleigh County, is also facing further charges regarding the neglect of those children, WVVA reports.

According to the court documents reviewed by PEOPLE, Cook was arrested and charged back in April for sexual abuse, sexual assault, incest, and child neglect.

On June 3, he was indicted on more allegations and is now facing a further 149 charges.

The most recent incident of incest is alleged to have occurred in July 2024, PEOPLE reports.

Given that the alleged abuse began when the victim was 9 years old, it is likely that the charges of incest would fall under the Class 5 felony category.
